Group Ride - Highwood Pass (see Rides page for details)

10:30 am - 3 pm | Alternate Activity to Highwood Pass Ride: Motorcycle Maintenance Symposium at Lucid Moto Co. in Bragg Creek. (map) Pre-registration required. This will be a combination of a shorter group ride option plus an educational symposium. Multiple options for a scenic ride back to Calgary. A voucher will be provided to symposium participants for lunch at Lucid Koffee shop and merchandise discounts will be available for WITW members. Meet at Deerfoot Inn Motorcycle Parking Lot. |
2 pm - 5 pm | Bike Wash in the Motorcycle Parking Lot to support the Calgary Firefighters Burn Treatment Society. Make a donation to CFBTS and a local firefighter will wash your motorcycle. Make the donation a minimum of $20 and you will get a clean bike - plus the shirt the firefighter is wearing. |
3 pm - 5 pm | Hospitality room with vendors open (Sundance Room) |
5 pm - 6 pm | Educational Symposium presented by Angela Murray of Ride Stop 'n' Go. Sponsored by Blue Circle Insurance. (Sundance Room) |
6 pm - 8 pm | Buffet Dinner provided at Deerfoot Inn (Sundance Room) |
8 pm - 10 pm | Founder's Cup Challenge Games (bar available) (Sundance Room) |
Saturday, August 11 | Day 3 |
8 am - 9 am | Registration table open at Deerfoot Inn (Woodbine Room) |
9 am - 11:30 am | WITW General Meeting for WITW Members Only (Sundance Room) |

12:30 pm - 5:30 pm | Optional Activity for WITW members & guests. Ride to Springbank to tour Fred Phillips' incredible car collection.

6:30 pm - 8 pm | Banquet/Awards Dinner. Theme: Cowgirl Up! Dress in your best Western wear. Guest speaker during dinner: Rae S. McKenzie. Rae is the author of Love, Laughs & Road Rage. She will share stories of her attempt to save her marriage as her husband battled PTSD and they rode around Canada & the United States. |

6 am - Noon | Riders depart throughout the day. We hope to see some of you at the 2018 Canadian National Rally – August 16-18, 2018 in Edmonton, AB. |
